Brodybears Newfoundland Pups, Ready to go now, Two Boy Pups Left
The Newfoundland is a large breed with a long coat, very gentle in nature and great with kids. Looks Rather like a Bear. They have webbed feet and are excellent swimmers. Often used for sea rescue. This was the first breed to come to Australia, as all the old ships would keep a Newfoundland on board in case someone went over. The Newfoundland would keep them float until they could get there with the life boat.
These days Newfoundland are often dropped out of helicopters to help people when their boat has gone down. They are also trained to assist surfers who maybe struggling. In the country of Newfoundland, this is a working dog, where he ploughs though deep snow, pulling logs, heave carts and sleighs, so we do like them to go to homes on large blocks or small farms as exercise is very important. He will lose coat twice a year, once before summer and once before winter. It is good to keep the hair fairly short in the summer.
The Newfoundland is very protective and has a deep rumbling bark, but only barks when there is need.
Vet Checked, vaccinated. micro chipped and registered on the limited registration. This is for those who do not intend to breed.
