Zone System Manual ? book: This 1965 publication written by the eminent Minor White is the guide every photographer needs. I found it exceptionally useful. ?This guide to the Ansel Adams Zone System of Previsualization grows out of more than 20 years of teaching the system to students, privately and in schools. As a means of bringing students to a new and deeper grasp of the materials, processes and the very nature of photography, no better teaching tool exists. In only a few weeks of earnest application, all are able to attain a mastery of photographic fundamentals such is usually found only in professionals.? A tiny section has been cut from the final page. Paperback 111 pages. Suggest $18
Kodak Photo-Flo 200 solution: This product is a wetting agent for Film Processing. It reduces streaking and the creation of water spots, and promotes faster drying. It is used after the final wash when processing films to decrease the water-surface tension and promote more uniform drying.Printed on the label; 100 ml of concentrate contains ethylene glycol. I seem to have opened this bottle and used the tiniest amount, however don?t worry. By all accounts, Photo-Flo 200 concentrate does not go off/go bad ? only the mix goes off. Such a small volume of the liquid is used during the process (1 ml to 200 mls water) that a bottle will last an entire life for most photographers. Suggest $4
